What we collect
- Enquiries. When you contact us by email, phone or the enquiry form, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, phone number, company, and details of your event or project.
- Client information. If you book with us, we keep the details needed to deliver the work, such as event details, guest numbers, supplier arrangements and invoicing information.
The enquiry form on this website does not store your details. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (steps you ask us to take before a contract).
- To plan and deliver the services you book (performance of a contract).
- To keep business and accounting records (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with suppliers when that is needed to deliver your event, for example a venue or caterer, and only the details they need.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising tracking. The site loads its font from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes, then delete them.
